Additionally, the mechanisms for managing customer relations were discussed, and participants explored the National Qualifications Center's website. Al Shehhi affirmed that the role of the Sharjah Private Education Authority as a granting body is to license government, semi-government, and private training centers and programs to ensure they are certified by the National Qualifications Center and to issue certificates for learners.
