Sharjah 24: Dr. Mohammed Abdullah bin Howaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Al Dhaid Municipal Council, extended his gratitude to the Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRED) for initiating the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two sides. He emphasised the importance of this collaboration, which is designed to enhance joint efforts and streamline services in the real estate sector.
The memorandum aims to provide electronic services, allowing users to inquire about real estate data across industrial, agricultural, and commercial properties. It will also simplify the processes for selling properties and updating data. The goal is to make real estate procedures in Al Dhaid more efficient and accessible, benefitting all dealers in the sector.
