The team roster includes 13 players: Rawda Al Rubari (captain), Sara Juma Al Muhairi, Alya Fahd, Alya Yousef Al Naqbi, Arwa Obaid, Maryam Adel Al Nuaimi, Salha Al Ali, Sheikha Al Kaabi, Maitha Mubarak, Marwa Bakkar, Noor Younis, in addition to two professional players. The team is accompanied by a high-level technical and administrative staff, including Waleed Al Hajri as the head coach and Anoud Al Muhairi as the team manager, along with a physiotherapist.

In addition to the regular morning and evening training sessions during the camp, which aim to enhance the players' physical and technical abilities and create harmony among all players in general, especially the new players, the team is scheduled to play several friendly matches with Turkish league clubs. This is to gain further preparation and technical benefit before returning to Sharjah to compete in the local season.

The team coach, Waleed Al Hajri, expressed his optimism about the Turkey camp, considering it a crucial and important phase in the team's preparation programme for the new season. The team aims to achieve top positions in all official competitions scheduled throughout the season. He also regarded the camp as essential for fostering greater cohesion among all team members and new players.

He pointed out that the team began gathering at the start of last August at the main hall of the club's headquarters in Sharjah, where all players underwent necessary physiological tests. After that, the focus was primarily on enhancing fitness levels, alongside gradually refining technical aspects.
