Sharjah 24: Al Wasl defeated Dibba Al Hisn 1-0, on Thursday, in the second round of the ADNOC Professional League (APL), at Zabeel Stadium, to add the fourth point to its tally in the journey to defend its title won in the last edition.
Caio Canedo scored the only goal of the match for Al Wasl in the 9th minute, giving his team its first win after a 2-2 draw in the first round match against Kalba.
With this victory, Al Wasl raised its score to 4 points, while Dibba Al Hisn remained without points, after losing in the first round against Sharjah.
