SSC reviews proposals for Kalba Beach Games 4

Sharjah24: The Sharjah Sports Council has thoroughly examined the proposals for the upcoming fourth edition of the Kalba Beach Games, scheduled to take place at Kalba Beach in the Emirate of Sharjah. The meeting, held at the Council’s headquarters, involved a comprehensive review of several crucial elements.
The meeting was attended by key figures, including Abdulmalik Mohammed Jani, Vice Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council and Chairman of the Organizing Committee; Dr. Yasser Omar Al Dokhi, Director of the Sports and Community Events Department; and members Zakia Suhail Al Musharakh, Head of the Media Section at the Government Communication Department; Shehab Ahmed Al Awadhi; Dr. Saif Ahmed Al Zaabi; Youssef Hassan Al Hosani; and Mohammed Mahmoud Shalash. Their presence and contributions were instrumental in the meeting's discussions.

Abdulmalik Jani addressed the audience, expressing satisfaction with the achievements of the previous event sessions. He emphasized the upcoming collaboration to prepare for the fourth edition, aligning with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. The focus is on sustaining the event's excellent reputation at local and regional levels and accommodating new sports federations' requests to introduce additional games in the next edition.

During the meeting, the preliminary date for the fourth edition was discussed for next November, along with coordination with various sports federations to avoid conflicts with other sports events or school exams. The meeting also involved discussions about diversifying segments, focusing on sports and community aspects, and presenting a distinctive opening ceremony. Jani confirmed that the official date for the fourth edition will be announced soon, emphasizing the crucial role of the audience in the event's success.
