Sharjah 24: Participants in the Sharjah Summer Sports Programme "Our Unique Holiday" at Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club visited the Sharjah Academy for Astronomy, Space Sciences, and Technology (SAASST) on Thursday, July 25, 2024.
They explored the academy’s educational and recreational offerings, including its planetarium, astrophysical events, and exhibitions.
Engineer Ali Al Muhairi, a member of the Al Hamriyah Club Board and Chairman of the "Our Unique Holiday" organising committee, noted that this visit is part of the programme’s fourth week, themed "Sustainability."
He also highlighted that the day included activities at the club such as a mosaic workshop by Al Hamriyah Municipality, "The Little Actor" session, and various water and sports games.
