Sharjah 24: Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan bin Khalid Al Qasimi, Chairman of Government Relations Department, stated that the Union Pledge Day, which was directed by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, carries messages that are profound in their meaning and values, and embodies the values of cooperation, wisdom, and achievement.
Sheikh Fahim explained, in a statement on this occasion, that the most important messages embodied by the Union Pledge Day are that cooperation and union overcome difficulties and turn challenges into opportunities, stressing that countries build their history with the hands of their people and the vision of their rulers, and the places of pride that peoples possess are in fact motivations for work, achievement, and commitment to the national spirit to ensure its survival and the accumulation of what multiplies it, proving the strength of its influence, and this is what we are proud of living in the UAE.
He added that states and countries that are well aware of the components of their renaissance, and celebrating their symbols and national occasions, reserve a special place for themselves in the history of humanity, and this is what the United Arab Emirates proves every day, as its unique renaissance project and the experience of its union have become a model to be emulated.
