Sharjah 24: Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Government Relations, stated during the 8th edition of the Sharjah Investment Forum (SIF 2025) that the Emirate is recording GDP growth and attracting investments from global investors, supported by integrated infrastructure and economically supportive sectors, in addition to a growing interest in Sharjah as a safe destination that enables companies to grow, boost revenues, and expand into new markets.

Enhanced competitiveness

Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Government Relations, explained on the sidelines of SIF 2025 that the Emirate continues to achieve growth in its GDP and attract more global investments, thanks to its advanced infrastructure and supportive economic sectors, which have strengthened its position as a safe and attractive destination for investors.

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24,” Sheikh Fahim Al Qasimi confirmed that Sharjah's economic environment provides high levels of readiness for investors through a comprehensive network of facilities and services that support productive and service activities, enhancing the Emirate's competitiveness and its ability to attract quality capital.

High confidence in the Emirate

The Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Government Relations indicated that the interest shown by international companies reflects confidence in Sharjah's stability as a safe investment environment, and the opportunities it provides for expansion and access to new markets that support business growth and revenues.

It's worth noting that SIF 2025 continues its activities over the course of October 22 and 23 at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre, with the participation of 29 local and international entities, more than 130 international speakers comprising leaders and economic and investment decision-makers, and over 160 events.
