Sharjah24: The Consultative Council of Sharjah (SCC) will hold its twelfth and final session of the first regular session of the eleventh legislative term on Thursday morning, the seventh of Dhu al-Hijjah, 1445 AH, corresponding to the thirteenth of June, at ten o'clock, at its headquarters in Sharjah. His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Council, will chair the session.
The agenda includes the discussion of a draft law for the year 2024, which aims to amend the provisions of Law No. 2 of 2018 regarding the organization of the Sharjah Noble Quran and Sunnah Establishment. Additionally, the report from the Legislative and Legal Affairs, Appeals, Suggestions, and Complaints Committee (SCC) will be presented. The session will be attended by His Excellency Sultan Matar bin Dalmouk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Noble Quran and Sunnah Establishment, and Dr. Issa Saif bin Handal, Director of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah.
The Council will also discuss its recommendations regarding the Department of Islamic Affairs in the Sharjah, prepared by the Recommendations Drafting Committee of the Council, followed by the closing ceremony of the first regular session of the eleventh legislative term.
