Sharjah24: Dhabiah Al Ameri, Deputy Director of Department of Strategic Planning and Institutional Development at the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), shared the exciting news that the council has once again achieved success in passing the external audit for the international quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015.
She added that this marks the 8th consecutive time that the council has achieved this impressive accomplishment. Additionally, the council has also successfully met the requirements of the international knowledge management system standard ISO 30401:2018 for the second time.
Al Ameri highlighted the council's dedication to enhancing its internal systems and services by adhering to international quality management and knowledge management standards. This commitment demonstrates their efforts to meet the highest global standards.
According to Al Amri's statements to "Sharjah24," the council has expressed its aspirations to acquire additional certifications in the near future, in line with the council's work requirements. She highlighted the council's commitment to meeting high standards, which reflects their dedication to improving performance, enhancing the effectiveness of administrative processes as part of its parliamentary efforts.
