Sharjah 24: The organising committee of the Sharjah Sports Summer “Our Holiday is Different” today, Monday, held its first meeting at the Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club to discuss the summer activity programme.
Engineer Ali Al Muhairi, a member of the Board of Directors of the Al Hamriyah Club and Chairman of the Cultural and Community Committee, presided over the meeting. The meeting concluded with the establishment of the Supreme Committee and sub-teams for the programme.
The meeting also marked the launch of registration for the new edition of "Our Holiday is Different," along with the approval of the overall vision for the summer camp's activities and events.
The Sharjah Summer Committee at the Al Hamriyah Club has designated June 27, 2024, as the deadline for registration, with registration accessible through the club’s website (www.hcsc.ae).
Engineer Al Muhairi emphasised that today's meeting is a direct response to the recent gathering of the Sports and Community Events Department at the Sharjah Sports Council, where various proposals and ideas for the new version of Sharjah Summer were discussed.
The Cultural and Community Committee head clarified that Al Hamriyah Club aims to introduce innovative ideas in the upcoming edition of "Our Holiday is Different," ensuring it lives up to its reputation among its members.
