Sharjah24: The football promotional tournament organised by Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club has come to a close, after running from May 12 to May 28. The event saw the participation of 84 players, including some impressive up-and-coming talents.
The winning teams were celebrated and awarded their titles during the final match. The event was filled with joy as His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, along with board members and the players' parents, attended the ceremony.
After the tournament ended, players were honoured in the presence of the first team players and the parents who played a role in the tournament's success and the exceptional performance of the participating players.
Dr. Al Mutawa was delighted with the tournament's success and the enthusiastic participation of skilled players who showed impressive football skills. The tournament, which lasted a duration of two weeks, is set to become an annual event following the achievement of its objectives and desired outcomes. He congratulated the winning teams and thanked the players for their efforts.
He also expressed his gratitude to each parent for giving their children the chance to be creative and excel, and for their unwavering support during training and matches. Al Mutawa concluded by saying, "We hope your child enjoyed their time with us and made significant progress in their technical and physical skills. Words cannot fully convey our appreciation.
