Dibba Al-Hisn Club receives delegation from Cycling Federation

Sharjah24 : Dibba Al-Hisn Sports Club welcomed on Saturday evening at its headquarters the Chairman and Secretary-General of the Cycling Federation in the framework of discussing roles and joint cooperation to enhance the sport of cycling.
Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors received Mansour Juma Bouasiba, Chairman of the Board of the UAE Cycling Federation, accompanied by Dr. Yasser Al-Dukhi, the Secretary-General of the Federation. 

The meeting was attended by Mohammed Ali Ahmed Al-Talai Al-Zahouri, Chairman of the Individual Games and Talented Athletes Committee, Ali Mohammed Ali Yaarouf Al-Naqbi, General Secretary, Ahmed Abdullah Ali Al-Qasibi Al-Naqbi, Chairman of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Committee, Saeed Mohammed Ahmed Al-Ameel Al-Yahyai, Chairman of the Team Sports Committee, Mohammed Ali Mohammed Ali Al-Talai Al-Zahouri, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Activities Committee, and Mohammed Khalifa Al-Nuaimi, Club Director.

During the meeting, several topics of interest to the clubs participating in the sport of cycling and specifically Dibba Al-Hisn Club were discussed. The meeting also addressed the issue of supporting outstanding players, as well as discussing several concepts aimed at developing the sport and attracting a large number of players in all categories.

Mansour Bouasiba, Chairman of the Board of the Cycling Federation, expressed his gratitude to the management of Al-Hisn Club, headed by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa, for their warm reception. He affirmed that the cooperation between the clubs and the federation is pleasing to the Cycling Federation as it reflects positively on the progress of cycling, raises the level of cyclists, increases the number of talented athletes, and thus serves the national teams in achieving honorable achievements and results.

Dr. Yasser Al-Dukhi, the Secretary-General of the Federation, confirmed that the purpose of the visit is to promote cooperation between the federation and the club for the development of the sport and discuss several concepts aimed at its improvement and attracting a large number of players in all categories.

Dr. Al-Mutawa praised this friendly visit and confirmed that the Cycling Federation is keen on following up with member clubs, including Dibba Al-Hisn Club, to strengthen cooperation and address the obstacles that hinder the progress of the sport. He explained that the club's board of directors always strives for excellence in all sports, especially cycling, which is a heritage that must be preserved and supported from all aspects.
