Early Intervention Centre experts address communication disorders

Sharjah 24: Rami Magdy, the supervisor of the Speech and Language Unit at the Early Intervention Centre, reported that the Centre, affiliated with Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, organised a media meeting under the theme “For Better Hearing and Speech” in celebration of the National Speech, Language, and Hearing Month, which occurs every May.

In a statement to "Sharjah 24," Magdy emphasised the Centre's dedication to supporting children and families by facilitating early detection of communication disorders and providing various means of support to integrate affected children into their educational paths.

The media meeting aimed to highlight awareness of communication disorders and educate families on how to manage these conditions. It also focused on the role of specialists in delivering rehabilitative and therapeutic services.
