Sharjah 24: Abdul Hamid Al Yasi, Director of the Youth Welfare Department at Sharjah Youth of the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, discussed the array of activities organised as part of the ‘Youth Spring’ programme, tailored to meet the evolving needs of its members.
Al Yasi outlined the multifaceted initiatives within the Sharjah Spring Programme, encompassing sports tournaments, cultural competitions, and active participation in notable festivals like the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival. Additionally, community-driven endeavours such as "Our Motto in a Sustainable Environment" were undertaken. Notably, these engagements were orchestrated through the eight startup centres located across the Emirate of Sharjah.

Speaking to Sharjah 24, Al Yasi underscored the nurturing environment these events provide, fostering the refinement, development, and discovery of talented individuals, thus enriching society with exceptional minds and heightened efficiency. He encouraged parents keen on enhancing their children's skills to engage with the nearby startup centres and follow Sharjah startup accounts on various social media platforms.

Since the beginning of this year, the Sharjah Youth has executed over 26 programmes, benefiting more than 1,408 members, alongside seasonal events with nearly 1,000 participants and daily activities catering to both amusement and educational enrichment, benefiting 1,911 individuals. Moreover, recognition was extended to 27 female affiliates across various domains, highlighting the programme's inclusivity and impact.
