Sharjah 24: On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, Sharjah Finance Department (SFD), in cooperation with “Tahseel” Information Technology, implemented the “Tahseel” Eidiya (gift) initiative for the children of the University Hospital Sharjah (UHS), with the aim of bringing joy to their souls and participating in this happy occasion.
In this context, Hoda Al Yasi, Director of the Financial System Department at SFD, said that the initiative comes in partnership with “Tahseel” and falls within the roles of institutional responsibility of both parties towards different segments of society, including patients in hospitals, especially children, which contributes to consolidating the spirit of participation between institutions and other members of society.
Hoda Al Yasi explained that the department’s work team, and “Tahseel” made a visit to the children’s section at the university hospital located in University City in Sharjah, and met with the medical team working in the department, where Eidiya gifts and presents were distributed to the children and souvenir photos were taken, wishing them a speedy recovery in full health, and they exchanged congratulations on this joyful day.
The children and their families expressed their great appreciation for this kind initiative and beautiful humanitarian gesture that spread joy among them, brought happiness to their faces, during their stay in the hospital while receiving treatment.
