The programme provides the opportunity for those wishing to obtain international accreditation in coaching from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) so that they can become certified coaches in their own professions.
The programme will begin on April 23 and will include a group of interactive workshops and seminars that will help the participants acquire a coach mentality, which in turn will enable them to communicate effectively with others and provide advice and guidance to them. The programme will also include 74 hours of effective training and education over a period of three months.
Those wishing to join the programme, can apply through Sharjah Capability Development website: https://sharjahcd.ae to enhance their skills and become certified coaches in the future.
Since its inception in 2005, Sharjah Capability Development, affiliated with the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, aims to attract and empower young leaders to advance the Emirate of Sharjah. The Foundation’s programmes also play a major role in developing the skills of passionate and ambitious youth within the age group of 18 years and above, to support the vision of the United Arab Emirates, which believes in the efforts of youth through which nations are built.
