Sharjah24: As part of the Mleiha Ramadan Forum's activities centred around the theme of "Encounter and Communication," a Quran Competition was organised. The competition was open to males and females of different age groups, including youth, adolescents, children, and toddlers. The event took place at the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club.

The competition saw the participation of 67 individuals of different ages in the categories of the Ramadan Quranic competition, which included the memorisation and recitation of Surah Al Tahrim, Surah Al Insan, and Surah Al A'la.

The judging committees conducted assessments for the participants in the competition categories, with one committee dedicated to males and another to females. And this resulted in a group of memorisers winning the competition.

After the competition concluded, Mohammed Sultan Al Khasouni, the chairman of the board of directors of the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, took the time to recognise and honour the male winners across all three competition categories. He honoured and commended all the individuals who took part in the ceremony that followed the competition, in the presence of both participants and their parents. In addition, a special ceremony was organised in honour of the women who took part, supervised by the club's dedicated women's committee.
