The exhibition was inaugurated by the Chairman of the Club's Board of Directors, the Club's Director, the director of the Society, participating calligraphers, and a large number of Arabic calligraphy lovers. The show comprised thirty works by twenty-two calligraphers.
Dr. Omar Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Club's Board of Directors, noted that this exhibition adds to the spirit of Ramadan by showcasing calligraphy innovation and strives to familiarise the club's audience with the newest advancements in calligraphy by society as well as emerging trends. This demonstrates the club's dedication to working with a variety of local institutions to deliver outstanding cultural experiences.
Khaled Al Jallaf, President of the Emirates Society for Arabic Calligraphy, stated that collaborating with the club to promote the society's latest masterpieces is part of a long-term goal. Its goal is to promote calligraphers and Arabic calligraphy to a larger audience, pique interest in the discipline, and draw attention to it.
