Sharjah 24: The Ramadan Village activities, which are part of the club's Ramadan programmes, started today at the club premises and will go on until the holy month ends, according to Engineer Ali Ahmed Saeed Al Muhairi, a member of the Al Hamriyah Club's Board of Directors and the head of the Cultural and Community Committee.
He told Sharjah 24 that the Ramadan Village is laid out in four sections: productive families, entertainment games, workshops, and volleyball courts, as well as a theatre and screen for displaying competitions.
Al Muhairi stated that 12 events have been initiated, including Iftar for fasting individuals and passersby in the Hamriyah region, the PlayStation Championship, volleyball and football tournaments, a knowledge race, and the One Family project.
