Sharjah 24: Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club launched the “Sports Before Iftar” event at Al Hamriyah Beach Park, which the club organises under the supervision of the Sharjah Sports Council, on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays of every week during the holy month, from five to six in the evening.

The first day of the event witnessed a large turnout of participants of all ages, as they interacted positively while practicing various exercises, supervised by the club’s gym trainer.

Sultan Al Shamsi, Member of the Board of Directors of Al Hamriyah Club, thanked the Sharjah Sports Council for supporting the event on an annual basis in all the clubs of the Emirate.

Al Shamsi stressed that this year’s event reflects the great role of the Sharjah Sports Council in encouraging the practice of sports during the holy month of Ramadan, and instilling a culture of its continuity in general.
