Sharjah Crown Prince receives Chairman of SCC

During the meeting, Sharjah Crown Prince emphasized the importance of the role of the Consultative Council in discussing topics and providing recommendations that enhance governmental performance through updating and developing legislations, laws, and government services in coordination with local authorities.
The Crown Prince of Sharjah appreciated the support and guidance of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi,  Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to the Consultative Council, which aims to engage the community in the development and growth of the Emirate's cities and regions in various civilizational, cultural, scientific, heritage, and urban fields. Sharjah CP commended the efforts of the Consultative Council in serving the community's issues and representing the voice of the citizens, as well as providing comprehensive and practical solutions by raising them to the relevant authorities in the Emirate. Sharjah Crown Prince stressed the importance of enhancing constant communication and coordination between the Consultative and Executive Councils to achieve the public interest.
On his part, His Excellency the Chairman of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Crown Prince for the reception, commending the great support provided by the Executive Council under his presidency to achieve integration and cooperation between the two councils, through adopting and discussing recommendations to achieve the desired goals.

The reception was attended by Ahmed Saeed Al Jarwan, Secretary-General of the Consultative Council , Asmaa Rashed bin Talea, Secretary-General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, Halima Hamid Al Awais, Deputy Chairman of the Consultative Council , and Ahmed Hamad Al Suwaidi, Assistant Secretary-General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah.
