Sharjah 24: Al Khalidiya Suburb Council, affiliated with Sharjah Department of Suburbs Affairs (SDSA), organised its community meeting as part of its fourth initiative, “Yalsatna,” during the year 2024, aiming to promote social communication in society.

The meeting, which was held at the Council's headquarters in Sharjah, was attended by His Excellency Khalfan Saeed Al Marri, Chairman of the Council, along with the Vice President, members and employees of the Council, and people of the community.

Khalfan Saeed Al Marri welcomed the attendees, stressing that the meeting is an important opportunity to strengthen social relations and enhance understanding and cooperation among members of society. He also noted that the initiative seeks to provide an open and encouraging environment for dialogue to achieve comprehensive development and improve community life. 
Moreover, community members’ suggestions, and ways to develop the suburb were discussed, which reflects the permanent directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, to activate the role of suburb councils and develop social relations.

In conclusion, Khalfan Saeed Al Marri thanked all attendees for their participation and contribution to the success of the initiative, while the residents expressed their thanks to the Council for activating “Yalsatna”” initiative, which is an important opportunity for them to express their opinion and submit their proposals.
