The festival is an extension of the first festival held last year under the theme 'I am an athlete, I read,' which was remarkably successful. The second edition of the festival is being organized in partnership with eight entities, including the Arabic Language Academy in Sharjah, Dar Kalimat, the Department of Culture in the Sharjah Government, Mleiha Municipality, Mleiha Municipal Council, Emirates Heritage Club, Sharjah Institute for Heritage, and Sharjah Sports Council.
The festival is scheduled to take place at the club's headquarters on the 29th of February, with the participation of all schools in the area .
The festival is part of Mleiha Club's cultural programs that coincide with the Month of Reading.as it provides a unique opportunity to promote a love of reading and encourage students to explore the world of knowledge.
During a press conference held in the Mleiha region, the event was announced in the presence of distinguished guests, representatives of participating entities, media professionals, parents, and club personnel.
Mohammed Sultan Al Khawsoni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, Walid Nasser, Director of Mleiha Boys Club, and Dr. Mohammed Safi Mustaghanemi, Secretary-General of the Arabic Language Academy, all highlighted the festival's significance in fostering a love of reading and inspiring participants and students to explore the world of knowledge and culture.
