Al Dhaid Club organises training course on innovation

Sharjah 24: As part of the training initiatives implemented by Al Dhaid Sports Club, the club recently held a training session titled " Innovation in the Workplace " at its headquarters, on Monday. The session aimed to enhance the skills of the club's staff and coaches and was led by Dr. Hassan Mustafa, an expert in strategic matters.
This training programme is part of the club's overall plan for training and development, designed to improve performance and boost competencies across various sectors. Participants derived significant benefits from the course, contributing substantially to their skill development and actively participating in elevating the club's performance. The course successfully achieved multiple key objectives, fostering a higher level of participation by enhancing innovative thinking skills and practically applying innovation in the organisation of events and activities. It also aimed at instilling a culture of innovation within the club.

Strategies and tools for innovation, including design thinking and user-centric innovation, were presented. The course also delved into innovative approaches to marketing and communication, particularly focusing on inventive methods for promoting the club and improving communication with its members.
