Sharjah 24: Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) will implement the financial training programme: Certified Management Accountant”, targeting employees specialised in financial administration, working in Sharjah government entities, institutions, departments and bodies.
The introduction to the programme, which includes an advanced scientific and training curriculum, was conducted in the presence of 33 candidates working in financial administration, including accountants responsible for preparing management reports, financial managers, auditors, finance employees working in the government sector, and in the investment and banking sectors.
The training, which will take place in 3 stages, aims to prepare candidates to obtain the “International Arab Certified Management Accountant Certificate” (IACMA), qualifying them through the first and second levels to obtain the highest standards in the field of management accounting, and enabling them to analyse financial statements in accordance with financial reporting and risk management standards and increase knowledge in fields of management, financial accounting, cost accounting, economics and finance.
Programme levels will contribute to enhancing functional performance in finance departments, and consolidating the foundations of knowledge in all their functions, providing participants with the necessary expertise to manage their financial affairs with high efficiency.
The programme is one of the advanced evaluation programmes in the fields of administrative and financial accounting, as it focuses broadly on different fields including cost accounting, financial analysis, internal control, list analysis, financial management, budgeting, profitability, investment decisions, financial indicators in several fields, and international financial reporting standards.
The programme comes within the framework of the financial programmes system as part of SDHR ongoing efforts to keep pace with the requirements of the authorities to cover all the needs of the government sector, and designing training programmes that effectively contribute to enhancing performance and achieving business goals and requirements with the highest possible efficiency to advance government work in the Emirate of Sharjah.
