Sharjah24: The Department of Human Resources in Sharjah organised “Tabadul” dialogue sessions in cooperation with the Department of Planning and Survey in Sharjah and the Emirate of Ajman.
The session was held at the Innovation Hall headquarters at the Sharjah Education Academy, on December 7. The targets were Sharjah government agency officials.
It was hosted by Engineer Majid Khaled Al Hammadi, Head of the Projects Department at the Department Of Town Planning and Survey, Chairman of the Sharjah Youth Council; and Safiya Mohammed Al Mehrezi, Director of the Training and Development Department at Ajman Human Resources.
Tabadul intended to create plans to raise employee competencies and develop new ones that would improve work teams' performance.
It also seeks to enhance institutional communication and discuss development proposals that meet the needs of human resources' goals.
