Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) organised an 8-day training session called "Training and Preparation of Trainers" for personnel interested in working as lecturers and professional trainers for the Sharjah government.
The programme's goal is to provide participants with the specialised knowledge, competence, and abilities required for effective training, as well as to improve trainers' abilities to present information and manage the educational process.

The programme is noted for its emphasis on training and development principles, and it includes topics including defining training requirements and objectives, planning, and building training curricula.

It tackles critical issues such as professionalism in the training sector, training planning and management, tools for future trainers, and quality in training material creation.

The programme's purpose is to expand participants' learning and enable them to gain professional accreditation, culminating in a certificate of accomplishment from the Emirates Management and Consultancy Trainers Association (EMCT) in the training and preparation of trainers. This effort is part of the department's commitment to preparing and equipping professional trainers from the national workforce throughout the Sharjah government's numerous organisations.

It is consistent with the goal of the emirate, emphasising human development and concentrating on people as genuine wealth and the cornerstone of progress. The programme aspires to harness creative human potential in service to the community, individual development, and satisfying the rapidly changing demands of numerous specialised training programmes serving diverse sectors of society.
