The winter camp activities, which will continue until the 28th of December, include a series of exciting programmes and interactive workshops by an elite group of specialists, with the aim of developing children’s talents in different fields and motivating them to participate and develop leadership and teamwork skills.
In the field of plastic arts, children acquired the skill of drawing on circles and s geometric shapes that rely on one central point in the “Mandala Art” workshop. As for the “Coloured Airplanes” workshop, children enjoyed drawing on kites; while in the “Art Maker” workshop, children were able to use their creativity in creating innovative works of art.
In the field of science and technology, children had the experience of discovering the joy of science by performing some scientific experiments and learning critical thinking and problem solving.
In the field of literature and languages, children spent enjoyable moments experimenting with writing in a creative way.
In the field of theatre and performing arts, children acquired the skills and arts of assuming roles and characters in their theatrical training to create a theatrical scene presented on stage. They also learned how to employ decoration, draw backgrounds and character impressions, and add cosmetics to give the appearance of the characters during theatrical performances.
With the aim of encouraging children to practice “sports”, they participated in a group of challenges and fun sports and physical activities, as well as water and sports challenges to acquire basic skills in swimming, football, and handball, in addition to providing them with skills in judo, taekwondo, bow and arrow, and fencing in the sports incubator programme to develop their physical fitness.
It is worth noting that the winter camp seeks to raise children’s creative competence, invest in their energies, highlight their talents and capabilities, and provide them with scientific knowledge and practical skills through workshops and courses, to prepare a generation capable of giving and creating in different fields. In addition to taking advantage of their free time, by providing them with targeted programmes.

From Thursday evening, public transport will be free for the 500,000 residents of Montpellier, in southern France, one of the largest cities in Europe to make this move.
