Sharjah 24: The Sharjah men's basketball team returned to the path of victory in the General League Championship, after defeating its guest, Al Dhafra (84-42), in the meeting that brought together the two teams on Thursday evening at the Sharjah Sports Club hall, as part of the matches of the tenth round of the first preliminary stage of the men’s basketball league for the 2023-2024 sports season.
With this result, Sharjah continues to be in fourth place with 13 points from 8 matches the team has played so far, and it has 4 matches remaining in the preliminary round.
Sharjah will be a guest of the Shabab Al-Ahli team on the tenth of next December, within the eleventh round of the competition, in the first stage of which the first, second and third place holders will qualify directly to the semi-finals, while the teams in places 4, 5, 6 and 7 will compete to determine the fourth team that will complete the golden square.
