Sharjah24: Amina Al Refai, Director of Kanaf Centre, highlighted the significant role played by 10 strategic partners in supporting the centre. She further elaborated on the six stages that make up a child's journey at the centre. The process begins with reporting and referral, followed by a joint assessment, investigation, medical examination, and, if necessary, the initiation of a legal case. Ultimately, the child and the family receive psychological and social therapy.

Amina Al Refai emphasised the Center's commitment to serving children in Sharjah of all nationalities. The centre works closely with strategic partners and employs a highly skilled and dedicated team to effectively address cases of abuse. She stressed the importance of child welfare as a responsibility shared by society as a whole.

In statements to "Sharjah24," Al Refai emphasised that the Arabic version of the "Kanaf" Child project has implemented stages to streamline the process for the child and their family, ensuring the full participation of partners. The case stage, joint assessment, and other aspects have been adjusted to align with global standards in a comprehensive programme aimed at addressing these cases.
