Sharjah24: His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, affirmed that the General Command collaborated with 10 institutions concerned with child protection in the Kanaf Child project, which is considered a pioneering experience both regionally and globally.
The Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police has announced the establishment of a dedicated team for preliminary investigations into child reports. This team will work in collaboration with other relevant committees from various institutions. The aim is to ensure that specialised entities in physical, social, educational, and legal aspects are brought together under one umbrella, making it easier to provide the necessary protection for children.
Al Zari added in statements to "Sharjah24" that the "Kanaf" Child House project is a pioneering and leading initiative for children in the country, particularly in Sharjah, which is a child-friendly city.
