Sharjah24: Dr. Muhammad Al-Ghandour, a nutrition expert and human physician, praised the level of organization of the Sharjah International Book Fair , expressing his pride in meeting with the public, interacting with them, and talking with them about healthy nutrition and its impact on physical and mental health.
The nutrition expert and human physician, presented a special session entitled “Clinical Nutrition and the Language of Food through Books” at the Sharjah International Book Fair, with the participation of Dr. Navaz Habib and Dr. Fatima Al-Helou, where he spoke about proper nutrition and its impact on the individual’s health. He also praised the great organization and the huge visitors for this event.
Al-Ghandour explained that the session was centered around therapeutic nutrition and fitness without any fatigue or deprivation, then he moved on to talk about true belly and false belly and what are the differences between them.
During the session, Al-Ghandour affirmed that a diet without deprivation depends mainly on the mind more than the stomach, adding that the more a person refines and controls his mind, the more the mind responds and gives him the motivation to continue his diet, which represents the gradual dream of reaching the ideal weight.
