Sharjah Police Unfurl Flags of Celebration on Flag Day

Sharjah24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, actively participated in the Flag Day celebration today, which included the raising of the national flag at 10 AM. Brigadier General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, together with department heads, their deputies, administrators, senior officers, and General Command members participated in the event. The national anthem of the United Arab Emirates was performed by the police academy's musical band during the flag-raising ceremony.
Al-Shamsi extended his warm congratulations and well wishes on this occasion to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the State, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. He also extended his congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court and to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the members of the Supreme Council of the UAE,   the Crown Princes, the Deputy Rulers, and to the people of the United Arab Emirates.


Al Shamsi emphasised the significance of Flag Day as a source of pride and inspiration, a reminder of the nation's accomplishments, and a call to continue working with determination to achieve dreams and aspirations. He stressed the importance of fostering a strong sense of national identity and reaffirming commitment to the government's efforts to ensure a prosperous and sustainable future where the nation's flag symbolises success and achievement.
