Sharjah24: A group of thirteen male and female students studying Arabic at Jagiellonsky University in Kraków, the Republic of Poland, visited the Arabic Language Academy (ALA) in Sharjah on a visit that will last until November 5, 2023. The group was accompanied by three professors. This comes in accordance with an educational plan created by the Academy's teaching team, which included the four language skills, speaking, reading, writing, and listening, in a way that best suited the students' proficiency levels.

During the visit, which comes within the framework of cultural and scientific cooperation between the Academy and the University, the students will enjoy an ideal environment that allows them active language engagement through dialogue with native Arabic speakers during trips and cultural tours organized by the institute for the delegation.

These tours include visits to various scientific and knowledge hubs in the Emirate of Sharjah with the aim of enhancing their linguistic knowledge and connecting them with Arabic culture. This reflects the ALA's vision of being an academic beacon for the Arabic language, aiming to empower the Arabic language.

The delegation was received by His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Safi Al Mosteghanemi, Secretary General of the Arabic Language Academy in Sharjah, and the Academy’s employees, in the presence of several dignitaries.

At the beginning of the visit, the Arabic Language Academy organised a tour during which the delegation learned about the ALA’s library and facilities, viewing the classrooms that are equipped with the latest educational methods. The students began their first academic meetings by getting to know the teaching team and aspects of Emirati Arab culture.
