Al Shamsi MOI discusses the forces human rights practices

Sharjah24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police General Command, received on Thursday morning, a delegation from the Human Rights Department of the Ministry of Interior (MOI), headed by Colonel Dr. Mohammed Khalifa Al Hemoudi, Deputy Director of the Human Rights Department.

Al Shamsi praised the ministry's efforts, interest in human rights, and security work, yielding the best results in dealing with all segments of society without discrimination.

The meeting discussed the police departments' preparedness in the field of human rights by reviewing the results of reports, strategic initiatives, and applied practices. Solutions and recommendations that guarantee human rights were also discussed in a way that contributes to achieving the ministry's goals of enhancing the quality of life in the UAE.
