Commenting on that, Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, SEDD Chairman, affirmed that the recommendation of the granting company of ISO certificates to continue granting them clearly reflects the Department’s commitment to applying international standards in quality management, and its ability to provide high-level services that meet the requirements and expectations of its customers and achieve their happiness and satisfaction. HE added that such achievements also come as a result of the tireless and continuous efforts of the Department’s employees to reach the highest qualities in services and customers satisfaction rates. Additionally, Al Mahmoud pointed out that these important achievements place SEDD in constant competition with itself in its continuous endeavor to achieve the aspirations of its customers.
From his side, Hamad Al Midfa, Acting Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Department at SEDD, illustrated that the Department’s success in renewing ISO certificates reflects the its application of the best international standards in terms of providing service to customers in accordance with the Customer Service Charter. He carried on that such thing also represents the continuous efforts placed by the Strategic Planning team to improve plans and strategies thus to develop services and adopt the best practices as well as quality systems and organizational excellence.
