Sharjah24: Rehab Khalaf, Chief Human Resources Officer at the Invest Bank, revealed that the bank’s Emiratization rate currently stands at 22%, stating the plans to increase these rates with training programs for them.
The Chief Human Resources Officer at the Invest Bank, confirmed that the bank’s Emiratization rate currently stands at 22%, and there is a plan to raise this percentage within 3 years, affirming the participation of the bank in the National Career Exhibition in its 25th edition in order to attract young national talents, and increase their percentage in all departments.
She added to Sharjah 24 that the rate of Emiratization in senior positions is 18%, and the Invest Bank aspires to increase it and reach at least 30-35% of senior positions. affirming that the bank focuses on training citizens, and there is a plan to train all citizen employees and prepare them for the next level and directing them to work in the departments that there are not many citizens there.
