Sharjah 24: The Eastern Region Police Department (ERPD) held a discussion session with the strategic partners, in order to activate the principle of partnership by developing plans and reviewing new ideas and programmes.
The session came within the activities of the security campaign to prepare for the winter season, “Tourism with Security and Safety,” which aims to enhance security and safety for visitors and tourists in the region.
This came in the presence of Colonel Dr. Ali Al Kai Al Hamoudi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department (ERPD), and representatives of the departments and entities participating in the “Tourism with Security and Safety” campaign: Sharjah Civil Defence Authority, Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, Sharjah Sports Council, Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, Sharjah Investment Authority (Shurooq), Khorfakkan University, Khorfakkan Club, and Al Sharqiya Channel.
Colonel Dr. Ali Al Hamoudi stressed the importance of strengthening the roles of partners in the campaign and positive interaction for the success of various initiatives, programmes and campaigns that enhance security and safety for tourists throughout the cities of the Eastern Region of the Emirate of Sharjah.
The Director of the ERPD at Sharjah Police expressed his thanks to the attendees, stressing the Sharjah Police’s keenness in working according to the joint action system to ensure joint security responsibility with its strategic partners.
