Sharjah 24: Sheikha Jawaher bint Abdullah Al Qasimi, Director of FUNN, announced that the Sharjah International Film Festival for Children and Youth (SIFF), in its tenth edition, will start from October 22 to 28 at City Centre Al Zahia in Sharjah, after which it will launch in the central and eastern regions.
She stated that the SIFF, in its tenth edition, will be launched between 22 and 28 October this year at City Centre Al Zahia in Sharjah, after which it will be launched in the central and eastern regions.
She said in special statements to “Sharjah 24,” that during the activities of its tenth edition, the SIFF will present more than 1,700 entries from 90 countries around the world, including cinematic entries and screenings from countries participating for the first time in the event, namely Bhutan, Montenegro, Malta, Togo, and Vietnam.
She pointed out that the tenth edition of the festival witnesses a great diversity of works presented in terms of quality and ideas, in addition to the presence of 3 exclusive international films and 46 films shown exclusively for the Middle East region.
