Sharjah 24: Sadiq Jarrar, Executive Director of the Arab Youth Centre, said that those affiliated with the fifth edition of the Young Arab Media Leaders Programme (YAMLP) are fortunate to be part of the activities of the twelfth edition of the International Government Communication Forum.
Jarrar explained that the fifth edition of the Young Arab Media Leaders Programme, which is organised by the Center under the generous patronage of Sheikh Theyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Arab Youth Centre, aims to develop the “green” skills of its members and enhance their connection to identity and the Arabic language in addition to its attempt to bridge the gap between the needs of the labour market and those seeking media work.
He told “Sharjah 24” that Sharjah Media City’s (Shams) hosting of the participants is important, as they were informed of the latest experiences, practices, emerging companies and services provided by "Shams", in addition to visiting the headquarters of the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority and learning about the mechanism of work in the media channels. which operate under its umbrella, as part of the proactive activities of the12th edition of the International Government Communication Forum.
The Executive Director of the Arab Youth Centre confirmed that this is a unique opportunity for participants to also be part of this forum, which has diverse and significant contributions to supporting the Arab media scene.
