Sharjah 24: Al Suyoh Suburb Council of the Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department, successfully organised the "Back to School" event, in the city of Sharjah, with a wide participation of children and parents.
The event was part of a series of initiatives organised by Al Suyoh Suburb Council to enhance community communication and support motivating children to learn and excel in the new academic year 2023 - 2024.
The event aimed to motivate and encourage children to return to school and guide them towards an enthusiastic and challenging academic start.
The event included different workshops that enable children to interact and actively participate. Prizes and competitions were presented to stimulate creativity and enhance the spirit of positive competition.
The event was attended by His Excellency Youssef Obaid bin Harmoul Al Shamsi, Chairman of Al Suyoh Suburb Council, in addition to members of the council and a number of parents.
His Excellency Al Shamsi expressed his happiness with the great interaction by children and the presence of many families, and he stressed the importance of providing an encouraging environment that supports children in their educational journey.
During the initiative, a pavilion was allocated for colouring and drawing, where artistic materials were provided for children to express their creativity. In addition, lovely cartoon characters participated in receiving and welcoming the children, which added a fun and joyful atmosphere to the event.
