Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Private Education Authority plans 390 school and early childhood centre visits to prepare for the 2023–2024 academic year, which begins on August 28. Significant steps have been taken to provide a vibrant educational atmosphere.
Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), emphasised that investing in minds is the key to a country's success. This requires hard work and devotion to create an ideal educational atmosphere that helps students achieve their goals and develop their abilities.
She urged educators to work together to make the return to school successful.
She said that parents are crucial to their children's education and must support its objectives. For the 2023–2024 academic year, private educational institutions will issue circulars and rules for administrative and pedagogical matters.
Sharjah Private Education Authority Director Ali Al Hossani reiterated that the Authority, as it does every year, is committed to ensuring the readiness of private schools and affiliated educational institutions based on specific indicators and standards that facilitate a calm and smooth return to classrooms.
The new academic year is being prepared according to plans and programmes. The schools' readiness and student welcome meet requirements and benchmarks.
He emphasised the significance of preparing for a smooth return to school to encourage youngsters to actively participate and work hard to attain their and their families' academic goals.
The Authority is committed to attaining the highest safety, health, and security requirements for all stakeholders in the educational system in the new and future academic years.
The Authority's Supervision and Compliance Management stated that these field visits will monitor buildings, educational facilities, cleanliness, ventilation, maintenance, educational services readiness, school clinics, nutrition, cafeterias, bus movement, entry and exit gates, waiting areas, and main building entrances. Overall staffing, including instructors and administrators, will be examined.
The Authority's Supervision and Compliance Management plans to produce a Governance Guide for Supervisory Operations at the start of the academic year.
This book will outline all areas of organisation, preparedness, and beneficial collaboration with educational institutions and regulatory management to support educational institutions.
The authority increased direct coordination with strategic partners to arrange for a safe and peaceful student return and smooth traffic in the first days of school.
The Authority's Curriculum and Testing Management also urged schools to fulfil book and resource provision processes. It stressed the authority's responsibility for communicating with all stakeholders and its willingness to help schools overcome any obstacles.
