Sharjah24: The "construction Audit" service has been released by the Sharjah City municipality (SM), allowing online audits of building projects.
The service is aimed at enhancing productivity, decreasing waste, and ensuring quality standards are fulfilled. Structures like walls, floors, and ceilings are all part of this.
Both the consultant engineer and the contractor engineer need to be online during the auditing process. The service is completed within one business day, is free on regular business days, and incurs minimal costs on non-business holidays.
The municipality uses inspection campaigns to keep an eye on the quality of concrete casting, improving both productivity and quality.
Director of Engineering and Building Control Yaqoub Al Zarouni, an engineer, highlighted the importance of the "Structural Audit" service as one of the city's many technical offerings.
According to Al Zarouni, it may be used to evaluate and audit sites used for implementing public, private, and industrial projects. It may be applied for on the city's website, saving you time and hassle.
Structures such as tanks, pools, and aircraft runways within high-rise structures, as well as foundations (both deep and flat), walls, and various forms of concrete ceilings, can all benefit from this service.
