Abu Dhabi Camel Festival 4 kicks off in Al Dhaid

Sharjah24: This morning, Saturday, July 15, The fourth edition of the Abu Dhabi Camel Festival races for owners with limited numbers, the youth, and experienced riders kicked off on Al Dhaid Racetrack, under the directives of Sheikh Dr. Mansoor bin Tahnoon Al Nahayan.

The Sharjah Camel Racing Club organised the race in 4 rounds in the first day of the festival.

Prizes were allocated for the winners in all races of the festival, first place AED4000, second place AED3000, third place AED2000, fourth place AED1000, fifth place AED1000.

The prizes for the elite race were allocated as follows: first place AED50,000, second place AED40,000, third place AED30,000, Fourth place AED20,000, fifth place AED10,000.

Matar Ali bin Howeiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Sharjah Camel Racing Club, confirmed that the Abu Dhabi Camel Festival, on its first day in Al Dhaid Camel Racecourse, witnessed the fighting fire of the competitors.

Al Ketbi indicated that the Sharjah Camel Racing Club was keen to follow up on all the festival details and took all procedures for its success.
