Sharjah 24: Al Rahmaniya Suburb Council of Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department (SDVAD) held a meeting at the council headquarters, in Sharjah, and agreed to reassign Ahmed Abdullah Al Matrooshi as Chairman of the Council, and Atef Ahmed Al Karani as Vice Chairman.
Commending Al Matrooshi as Chairman comes as a result of his performance throughout the past period; efficiency in managing the council; and putting forward many community initiatives and projects for the council to continue its work to achieve its aspirations of positive and constructive communication with all the people and residents under the jurisdiction of the council; in addition to the efforts of Atef Ahmed Al Karani, the vice chairman and members assume their voluntary roles in community service.
Al Rahmaniya Suburb Council renewed its pledge to serve the community and expressed its determination to continue working in full swing to serve Al Rahmaniya people.
Al Rahmaniya Council’s members extended thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for establishing and supporting the councils, being a link between the government and society.
Al Rahmaniya Council appealed to the people to constantly communicate with Al Rahmaniya Suburb Council, to visit the council's headquarters and to express all observations and opinions, as well as to attend the "Yalsatna" initiatives and other programmes implemented by the council.
