This was announced by His Excellency Ali Salem Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah International Airport Authority, through the “Direct Line” programme by saying: “Sharjah International Airport Expansion Project is one of the strategic projects that enhance Sharjah Airport’s position in providing a pioneering travel experience and services.”
Al Midfa continued, "The expansion project's top objectives are to raise service standards and open up chances for more flight capacity emphasising that the expansion process may take three years."
Al Midfa continued by adding, "We always value consumer and public feedback, and we reaffirm our support for the "Because We Care" program, through which we receive all recommendations .
