The initiative, hosted at the Institute of Training and Judicial Studies in Sharjah, aims to familiarise participants with the emirate’s legal procedures and controls, while enhancing their practical skills in judicial processes.
Speaking to Sharjah 24, Dr Al Ketbi confirmed that the programme is presented by Dr Saeed Balhaj, a member of the Sharjah Public Prosecution. The first group of participants includes employees from the Sharjah Media Council. The programme is designed to enhance institutional performance and reinforce compliance with both local and federal laws.
Dr Al Ketbi highlighted that the programme covers several key areas, including powers of law enforcement officers, report drafting and legal documentation, rights and guarantees of involved parties, arrest and inspection procedures, evidence collection protocols, and coordination with judicial and police authorities.
The training includes practical workshops and case studies that simulate real scenarios, reinforcing hands-on learning.
Al Ketbi concluded emphasising that the Judicial Inspection Department, in cooperation with strategic partners, will continue rolling out specialised programmes. These efforts aim to extend participation to more government entities in the future, ensuring sustainable development and enhanced efficiency across Sharjah’s government teams.
