Sharjah 24: The Cultural and Media Office of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs organised an honouring ceremony for the winners of the “Secondary Students Innovators " award in its 8th session, with the participation of a number of schoolgirls from different regions of the country, at the Council's headquarters.
Salha Ghabish, Head of the Cultural and Media Office of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, stated that the “Secondary Students Innovators” award focuses on the talents of secondary female students to show their talents and encourage them to develop their creative skills. She added that the award categories varied to include short stories, art Plastic artist and media speaker.
Salha Ghabesh indicated in an exclusive statement to "Sharjah 24" that the girls were creative in the short story, by narrating various interesting events that focused on the social, cultural and human aspects as well as their artistic visions.
With regard to the media speaker category, Ghabesh added, the girls showed high communication abilities and the ability to express ideas clearly and attractively and influence the audience in their own way, and how to deal with the media and other speakers professionally.
Next year, the award plans to add new categories to include a wider range of artistic and practical talents among girls, which will enhance their chances of participation and brilliance and contribute to discovering and developing their talents.
