Sharjah 24: Salha Obaid Ghabish, Chairperson of the Cultural and Media Office at the Supreme Council for Family Affairs (SCFA) in Sharjah, confirmed that the Family Media Forum (FMF) has discussed the challenges facing the media and the family and the opportunities to turn the media-family relationship into positive, coherent and beneficial one.
She said that the 3rd edition of the FMF was launched on Monday. The first day started with a panel discussion including a number of experienced media professionals. The panel discussion titled “Practical Challenges and Investing in Opportunities”.
Different working papers were tackling media education and addressing the family through media by employing the artistic features, and the new media and its trends in supporting family values.
She added that all platforms and working papers aim to reach the most important challenges facing the media and the family, and the opportunities that can be invested to improve such relationship and turning it into a positive relationship for the family.
